Vanilla Bean Frappuccino (Starbucks Copycat)

Even better than Starbucks in few minutes only!
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • cups ice filtered water ice for best taste
  • 1 cup whole milk or oat milk for dairy-free
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp simple syrup mix 1:1 sugar + water, cooled
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste or 1 scraped vanilla bean + 1 tsp extract
  • tsp xanthan gum or ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream + vanilla sugar for topping

Instructions
 

  • Chill the Glass: Pop it in the freezer.
  • Crush Ice: Blend ice first until snowy.
  • Add Liquids: Milk, cream, syrup, vanilla bean paste, xanthan gum.
  • Blend: Start on low, then high until smooth (30-45 sec).
  • Serve: Pour into chilled glass. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of vanilla paste, and a sprinkle of vanilla sugar.
