- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach or frozen, thawed & squeezed dry
- 1 garlic clove minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for extra crispiness
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Diced tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes

- Fresh herbs like dill or oregano
Sauté the Spinach
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add spinach and garlic, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
