Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup flour or gluten-free blend
- 1 cup milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
- Ranch dip for serving
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Whisk flour, milk, garlic powder, and paprika into a batter.
Dip cauliflower florets in batter, shake off excess, and bake 20 mins.
Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss baked cauliflower in sauce.
Bake 5 more mins. Serve with ranch dip.
