Spicy Aioli

This Spicy Aioli is the ultimate creamy, garlicky dip with a fiery kick. Ready in 5 minutes, it's perfect for fries, burgers, sandwiches, and more!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 –4 garlic cloves finely minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 –3 tsp hot sauce Sriracha, Tabasco, etc.
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp lime zest

Instructions
 

  • Peel and finely mince garlic cloves. Chop fresh herbs if using, and squeeze fresh lemon juice.
  • Combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  • Taste the aioli and adjust flavors as needed—add more spice, sweetness, or lemon juice to balance.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  • Serve with fries, grilled meats, veggies, or as a sandwich spread.
