  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries for blending and topping
  • For the cheesecake topping:
  • 2 mini cheesecake slices store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry jam or sauce for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Milkshake: In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and fresh raspberries. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if necessary.
  • Prepare the Glass: Drizzle raspberry jam around the inside of a large glass. Pour the milkshake into the glass, filling it almost to the top.
