Precooked Shrimp with Tangy Lemon Dip
This one’s easy! Warm shrimp with a yummy lemon dip that takes just minutes. Perfect snack or appetizer.
- 1 lb precooked shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat up the olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until it smells good.
Toss in the shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat and heat the shrimp for 3-4 minutes.
Remove the shrimp and add the melted butter and lemon juice. Stir it all together.
