Precooked Shrimp with Tangy Lemon Dip

This one’s easy! Warm shrimp with a yummy lemon dip that takes just minutes. Perfect snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb precooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat up the olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until it smells good.
  • Toss in the shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat and heat the shrimp for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove the shrimp and add the melted butter and lemon juice. Stir it all together.
