- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs or digestive biscuits
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- For the filling
- 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
- 1 cup heavy cream cold
- Optional toppings

- Whipped cream
Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl.
