Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough 8 triangles
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 6 mozzarella cheese sticks cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Dough: Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles.
  • Add Fillings: Place 2 slices of pepperoni and 1 half of a mozzarella stick at the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll Up: Roll dough tightly from the wide end, tucking in the sides to seal.
  • Season: Brush rolls with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake: Place rolls on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve: Let cool for 2–3 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes.
  • Freezing: Freeze unbaked rolls on a tray, then transfer to a bag. Bake from frozen, adding 3–5 extra minutes.
  • Variations: Try adding cooked bacon, sautéed veggies, or swapping mozzarella for cheddar or pepper jack.
