  • 1 can 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Extra graham crumbs for rolling

  • Melt and Mix: In a bowl, melt the butter. Combine with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until mixed.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well combined.
  • Chill the Mixture: Refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm (or freeze for 15-20 minutes).
  • Shape and Roll: Form the mixture into 1 1/4-inch balls and roll them in extra graham crumbs.
  • Final Chill: Place the balls back in the refrigerator for another 30-60 minutes until firm.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
