Ingredients
  

  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Brown sugar cinnamon, butter for filling
  • Icing purple, green, and gold sugar for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dough: Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Add milk, butter, eggs, and flour. Knead and let rise for 1-2 hours.
  • Make the Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Assemble: Roll out dough, spread butter and cinnamon sugar, roll up, shape into a ring, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  • Decorate: Drizzle icing and sprinkle with colored sugar.
