- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Brown sugar cinnamon, butter for filling
- Icing purple, green, and gold sugar for decoration
Prepare the Dough: Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Add milk, butter, eggs, and flour. Knead and let rise for 1-2 hours.
Make the Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Assemble: Roll out dough, spread butter and cinnamon sugar, roll up, shape into a ring, and let rise for 30 minutes.
