- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4–6 lemons
- ¾ cup sugar adjust to taste
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Food coloring pink, blue, purple
- Edible glitter or shimmer dust optional
- Cotton candy rainbow candy, or lemon slices (for garnish)

Make the lemonade base by stirring together lemon juice and sugar in a large pitcher until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add cold water and stir again. Taste and adjust for sweetness or tartness as needed.
Divide the lemonade evenly into three jars or bowls. Tint each one with a drop of food coloring to create pastel shades of pink, blue, and purple. Stir gently.
Fill your glasses halfway with ice. Slowly pour in one colored lemonade at a time, layering each gently using the back of a spoon to help keep the colors separate.
Add edible glitter or shimmer dust to each drink for a magical sparkle. Swirl gently if you want a galaxy-like effect.
Garnish each glass with cotton candy, lemon slices, rainbow sprinkles, or your favorite fun toppings. Add a paper straw and serve immediately while cold and colorful.
