Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 5 –6 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt

Filling:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional

💡 Optional Add-Ins: Bacon bits, chopped jalapeños, or fresh herbs like rosemary.

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and mix in the minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Set aside 2 tablespoons for brushing after baking.
  • Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle. Place mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling, pinch the edges tightly, and roll into smooth balls.
  • Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter to coat, then arrange seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter over the top.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Brush with reserved garlic butter immediately after baking and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make-Ahead: Freeze unbaked bombs and bake straight from the freezer (+3–5 minutes).
Air Fryer: Cook at 370°F for 8–10 minutes.
Reheating: Microwave for 15 seconds or reheat in the oven for a crispy finish.
