Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Skewers:

  • 4 –6 cups chopped fruit mix and match from below!
  • 8 –12 skewers wooden, metal, or even straws!

Fruit Ideas:

  • Sweet & Juicy: Strawberries pineapple, mango, cantaloupe
  • Tart & Zesty: Green apples tossed in lemon juice, kiwi, raspberries
  • Fancy-ish: Blackberries starfruit, pomegranate arils
  • Zero-Waste Hacks: Canned mandarins frozen mango chunks, overripe bananas

For the Honey Yogurt Dip:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt vanilla, plain, or dairy-free
  • 2 –4 tbsp honey or agave/maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional, but so good!
  • Pinch of salt trust me, it makes the sweet pop!

Optional Toppings for Extra Crunch:

  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Crushed nuts almonds, pecans
  • Edible flowers for fancy vibes

Instructions
 

Prep the Fruit

  • Wash and chop fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  • If using apples or bananas, toss them in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Pat fruit dry with a paper towel for the best dip experience.

Assemble the Skewers

  • Thread fruit onto skewers in rainbow order or mix them up randomly!
  • For kids, let them create their own (messy but fun!).

Make the Honey Yogurt Dip

  • In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.
  • Chill for 15 minutes to let the flavors blend.

Serve & Enjoy

  • Serve skewers with the dip on the side or drizzle it over the top.
