Ingredients
  

Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced

  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt + pepper

Potatoes:

  • 2 lbs Russet potatoes
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt + pepper

Instructions
 

  • Filling: Sauté onions, carrots, beef. Add garlic, tomato paste, broth, peas. Simmer.
