  • 4 cod fillets 4-6 oz each, fresh or thawed
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried parsley or fresh
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
