Ingredients

Cheese (Pick 3–4):

  • Brie goat cheese, or cream cheese (soft and spreadable)
  • Cheddar Gouda, or Parmesan (firm and sliceable)
  • Blue cheese smoked gouda, or pepper jack (for the adventurous)

  • Olives pickles, roasted nuts
  • Sliced deli meats salami, prosciutto

Optional Fancy Extras:

  • Fresh rosemary or basil for garnish
  • Spicy mustard hummus, or balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Arrange the Cheese: Leave soft cheeses whole (add a spoon for spreading). Slice hard cheeses into cubes or thin wedges.
  • Place the Crackers: Arrange in clusters—no perfection needed! Stale bread? Toast it with olive oil and call it “rustic.”
  • Add Fruits, Nuts & Extras: Fill in empty spaces with grapes, nuts, or pickles for a pro-level look.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh herbs or drizzle honey over brie for a fancy touch. Serve immediately!

Notes

  • Budget-Friendly? Skip fancy cheeses—sharp cheddar + Ritz crackers still work.
  • Kid-Friendly? Add goldfish crackers and apple slices.
  • Gluten-Free? Use GF crackers or rice cakes.
  • Leftovers? Toss extra cheese in a salad or melt into a grilled cheese sandwich.
