Ingredients
  

For the Dip:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce e.g., Frank’s RedHot
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika optional
  • ¼ tsp salt + black pepper

For Serving:

  • Tortilla chips celery sticks, crackers
  • Blue cheese crumbles + chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: Add all dip ingredients to a 3-4 quart Crock Pot. Stir.
  • Cook:
  • Low heat: 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • High heat: 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
  • Serve: Garnish with blue cheese and green onions. Serve warm with chips or veggies.

  • Shortcut: Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
