Ingredients
  

For the Sliders:

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional
  • Salt & pepper
  • 6 slices American cheese quartered
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 12 dill pickle slices
  • 2 tbsp butter for toasting

Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayo 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic & onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Make the Sauce: Mix all ingredients and chill for 15 minutes.
  • Prep Fixings: Soak onions in ice water, shred lettuce.
  • Cook Beef: Brown beef with seasonings in a skillet (5–7 mins).
  • Toast Buns: Butter and toast buns until golden (1–2 mins).
  • Assemble: Layer sauce, beef, cheese, pickles, onions, and lettuce. Add top bun.
  • Serve: Skewer sliders and serve warm with fries or rings.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Prep beef and sauce a day ahead.
  • Gluten-free: Use GF buns and check Worcestershire.
  • Keep warm in the oven at 200°F (95°C).
