Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix any kind you like
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional, but highly recommended!
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth. Add the flour and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
- Shape the Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake the Cookies: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are soft. Don't overbake! Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
