1 cup unsalted butter softened 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup chocolate chips milk, dark, or semi-sweet
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
