Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form it into a large rectangle patty (about the size of your slider buns).
Cook the patty in a skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Place the bottom halves of the buns in a baking dish. Add the beef patty on top, then layer with cheese slices.
Add the bun tops, brush them with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top (if using).
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted.
Remove, slice into individual sliders, and serve with your favorite toppings!
