Cheeseburger Sliders

The ultimate party food! Cheeseburger sliders are mini sandwiches loaded with juicy beef, melted cheese, and tons of flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional
  • Optional toppings: pickles ketchup, mustard, lettuce, or diced onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form it into a large rectangle patty (about the size of your slider buns).
  • Cook the patty in a skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Place the bottom halves of the buns in a baking dish. Add the beef patty on top, then layer with cheese slices.
  • Add the bun tops, brush them with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top (if using).
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted.
  • Remove, slice into individual sliders, and serve with your favorite toppings!
