Carnivore Chili
A rich and hearty chili made with only meat, butter, and simple seasonings. No beans, no veggies—just pure, meaty goodness! This high-protein meal is perfect for those following a carnivore diet or anyone who loves a bold, comforting dish.

- 1 lb ground beef 80/20 for flavor
- ½ lb beef stew meat cubed
- 4 slices turkey bacon chopped
- ½ lb beef sausage sliced
- 2 tbsp butter or beef tallow
- 1½ cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce optional, for depth
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional, for spice
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional, for topping
- 2 tbsp sour cream optional, for garnish
Cook the Turkey Bacon & Sausage:
Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
Add the butter, then toss in the chopped turkey bacon and sausage.
Cook for about 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the pot and set aside.
Brown the Beef:
In the same pot, add the cubed stew meat. Sear on all sides for about 5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add the ground beef to the pot. Cook until fully browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Season the Meat:
Stir in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well so that the meat is evenly coated with the seasonings.
Simmer the Chili:
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Add back the turkey bacon, sausage, and cubed beef.
Stir everything together and bring to a gentle simmer.
Cover and let it cook on low heat for 60–90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
