- 4 medium zucchinis sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
