- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large apples peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
Toss apples with lemon juice.
In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in apples.
Drop ¼-cup batter mounds onto the sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
