1 lb ground beef or ground turkey/chicken 1 packet taco seasoning 8 taco shells 1 cup shredded cheese 1 cup lettuce shredded 1/2 cup salsa 1/2 cup sour cream optional 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped onions optional 1/2 cup guacamole optional
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
