🍓 Strawberry Greek Yogurt Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats old-fashioned, not instant
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt full-fat for creaminess, or coconut yogurt for vegan
  • cup milk dairy, almond, oat—your choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen, chopped
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Optional Toppings:

  • Granola
  • Peanut butter drizzle
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Toasted coconut flakes

Instructions
 

Prepare Strawberries:

  • Chop strawberries into small pieces.
  • Mix with a squeeze of lemon juice and let sit for 5 minutes to get juicy.

Layer Ingredients:

  • In a jar or container, add ¼ cup oats, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, and half of the strawberries.
  • Repeat with another layer of oats, yogurt, and strawberries.

Mix & Chill:

  • Sprinkle chia seeds, pour in milk, and gently stir.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serve:

  • Add your favorite toppings like granola, chocolate chips, or a peanut butter drizzle.
  • Enjoy cold, straight from the jar!

Notes

  • Too thick? Add a splash of milk and stir.
  • Too runny? Mix in ½ tbsp chia seeds and wait 30 minutes.
  • Make it Vegan: Use coconut yogurt and almond milk.
  • Kid-Friendly Tip: Let kids add their own toppings for fun!
